1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 09bbe online gaming platform, accessible at https://09bbe.org ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 09bbe ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature or service offered through the Platform, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;

In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

09bbe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

The 09bbe platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Before or at any point following registration, 09bbe may request documentary evidence of age, including a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Any account where the registered player is found to be under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings will be voided and forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned at the Company's discretion after investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

09bbe primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 09bbe Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 09bbe makes no warranty or representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you warrant that you are accessing it lawfully.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features, players must complete a registration process that includes providing a valid mobile phone number, creating a secure password, and confirming acceptance of these Terms. Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during and after registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. 09bbe reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time. Where false or misleading information is discovered, 09bbe may close the relevant account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold funds pending investigation.

2.5 Corporate & Syndicate Accounts

Registration and play on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, syndicate, or any other group is not permitted without the prior written consent of 09bbe. All accounts must represent and be operated by a single named individual.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 09bbe will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 09bbe immediately at [email protected]. Until notification is received, 09bbe will not be responsible for any activity carried out on your account.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and promotional offers claimed. You must not allow any other person to use your account, access your account, or carry out any activity on your behalf through your account.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 09bbe reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts or to close them following written notice to the registered email address. Players with inactive accounts are encouraged to contact support to reactivate their account before the inactivity period expires.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our obligations as a licensed gaming operator and as a matter of player protection, 09bbe requires all players to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months);

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 09bbe account holder — are not accepted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed. 09bbe does not accept deposits in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed amounts on the Platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal being approved;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where the method supports withdrawals;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• 09bbe reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or high-value;
• Withdrawal processing times are as specified in the table above and are measured from the point at which all verification conditions are satisfied.

4.4 Failed and Disputed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your 09bbe account despite funds being deducted from your payment method, you must contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the date and time of the transaction, and the amount. 09bbe will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within three business days. 09bbe is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

09bbe offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagers;
• Bonuses credited in error may be removed from your account at any time without prior notice;
• 09bbe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in that offer's terms page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times on eligible games before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer baccarat, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — this will be specified per offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

09bbe operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics; and using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotional offer. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

09bbe may run time-limited promotional campaigns tied to major events on the Bangladeshi calendar — including BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other seasonal occasions. These promotions will have their own specific terms published on the Platform at the time the offer is live. All seasonal promotions are governed by these general bonus terms in addition to their individual terms.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All casino games available on 09bbe — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. This certification ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random, cannot be predicted in advance, and cannot be manipulated by either the player or the Platform. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bbe Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, void of winnings, and potential legal action:

• Any form of cheating, match fixing, or interference with the integrity of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Misrepresentation of identity, including the use of another person's identity documents during KYC verification.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, 09bbe reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Where a malfunction causes an incorrect payout (whether overpayment or underpayment), 09bbe will correct the error and is not obligated to honour incorrectly displayed winnings arising from technical faults. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays" applies across all game categories on the Platform.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including all cricket, football, and other sports markets — are governed by specific sporting rules that are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Key general principles include: bets on events that are cancelled or abandoned without a result being reached will be voided and stakes returned; in-play bets accepted after an event outcome has already been determined (due to data feed delay) may be voided at 09bbe's discretion; and 09bbe reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 09bbe account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being met. Any uncompleted wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 09bbe

09bbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the Platform;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected underage gambling;
• Account activity that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour and raises compliance concerns;
• At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• For the protection of the player's own wellbeing under our Responsible Gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 09bbe reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to permanently forfeit those funds.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
